Location scouting

We have had a look at certain locations that we think would be effective for particular scenes in our short film.

We looked at this location for the scene that includes a drug dealer. We feel this would be an effective location because it looks a bit run down and deserted, which is the sort of environment a drug dealer would be found in. We also think this would be a good location to use as a background for our ancillary task of making a film poster because it's naturalistic and fits in with our theme of social realism.

We looked at these two locations for our scenes where a homeless person is begging for money. We feel that they are effective to use because they are secluded locations and make it clear that the film is set in a rural environment. We have decided the top picture of the Ramsgate bandstand is where we would like to film these scenes.
